Patrick Woodroffe – author – poet – the artist – sculptor.
He was born in Halifax, Yorkshire (Halifax, Yorkshire, UK), in 1940. World War II was for my parents’ nightmarish reality, but I was too young to understand this, my dreams and fantasies were in bright colors. Educated at the University of Leeds (Leeds Metropolitan University) in 1964. Cornwall (Cornwall) inspired me from the very beginning, aesthetic landscapes, flowers almost all year round, the coast with an infinite number of paths. I’ve lived here since 1964. I feel at home in their own images. I live in my own world, the world I created landscapes and characters.
